New Pathways Counselling is a space for you to explore the issues and concerns you have in your mental-emotional life and to come to some solutions and direction. The Therapy services include all mental health problems such as Depression, Sadness, Sleep and Sleepiness, Anxiety, Anger, Schizophrenia, Jealousy, obsession-compulsion disorder, OCD, Phobias, grief, personality issues & disorders, relationships-related issues, through CBT ( cognitive-behavioral therapy), EFT (emotional focused therapy), truama evidence based treatment, Psychodynamic psychotherapy approaches. All the counselling services are offered in the form of individual sessions, and Group such as family and couple therapy.
